Change, Or No Change?

Little or no change can cause some people to feel stuck in a rut. Static.
While others feel comfortable, even secure.

If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies – Unknown

On the flip side, while regular change can cause some people to feel on edge, it brings challenge and excitement to others.

I like change, but have felt all of the above, sometimes in the same day!
After speaking to others, I know I’m not the only one.

Personality type, happiness (or unhappiness), the impact of the change, and more importantly, who has control of the change are big factors.

But no matter what:
No change will become repetitive.

Too much change will feel unsettling and tiring.

We need to find a balance

Only we can find that for ourselves, because only we know how we feel on any given day, in any given situation.
The key is to find a happy medium, and take control of what we can.
